The track and field team app for high school and club coaches
Your schedule, your workouts, every athlete's marks and every parent's questions, in one app your whole team already has on their phone.
Practices and meets your team can see
Put practices and meets on one calendar. Move or cancel one and every athlete and parent is told right away, with your reason. Athletes and parents get a reminder before each one, and an athlete who can't make it tells you from the practice. You decide if they are excused.
Workouts with targets, and splits that come back
Write interval sessions with sets, reps, distance, recovery and a target. Hang them on a practice or a day, and assign them to one athlete or a whole event group. Every split comes back to you rep by rep, next to the last time that athlete ran the same session.
Marks, PRs and seasons kept straight
Athletes log their marks in any event. PRs come from meets, with indoor and outdoor kept apart and a practice best of their own, and goals are set for a season. Your cross country, indoor and outdoor dates start from your state's usual calendar.
One place to talk to the team
Every team gets a team chat for its athletes and coaches. Announcements reach everyone, parents included, and you can attach a meet packet or a permission slip. Any one to one chat with an athlete under 18 always includes another adult.
Weather and lightning, handled the NFHS way
The practice board shows the day's forecast. Heard thunder? One tap starts a 30 minute lightning hold, everyone is told, parents included, and hearing it again restarts the count, as the NFHS guidance describes. Going back out stays your call.
Getting your team on
- Create your team in the app and check your season dates.
- Share your team code, show it as a QR code at a team meeting, or print a one page sign up sheet.
- Athletes sign up and enter the code. Approve them one by one, or all at once.
Questions coaches ask
Does it work for cross country?
Yes. Cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons are built in, and runs from an Apple Watch or iPhone come straight in with their distance, time and laps.
What do parents see?
Parents follow the team schedule and get every change, reminder and announcement. They never see the roster or anyone's results. An athlete can share their own marks with a parent in a Circle.
What about athletes under 18?
Athletes must be 13 or older to make an account. Any one to one chat between an adult and an athlete under 18 must include another adult, and the app enforces it.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone, Android, and any web browser at pro.fieldsync.live.
